Why Not AS, which operates the online store InspectorCam.no, develops innovative inspection solutions for both professional and private users.
Our products are designed to provide access to areas that are otherwise difficult to reach, and are commonly used in automotive mechanics, pipe inspections, and general maintenance.
Our office and warehouse are located in Oslo, Norway.

Personal Data

When shopping on InspectorCam.no, you are required to provide certain personal data.
By shopping with us, you consent to us storing and using this information for customer service and follow-up.

  • Pricing Errors: In case of pricing errors on InspectorCam.no, we reserve the right to correct the mistake. You will be given the option to cancel the order without any charges if the error affects your purchase.

Product Information

We reserve the right for potential typographical errors, technical errors, price changes, and mistakes in product images or descriptions.
Additionally, we reserve the right for delayed deliveries or out-of-stock items from our suppliers.

Order Confirmation and Processing

When placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
Check your spam folder if it does not appear in your inbox.

We verify stock availability before confirming your order.
If a technical issue prevents order confirmation, you may need to place your order again.

Payment Terms

We use Nets Easy as a payment processor for a secure and simple payment experience.
Through Nets Easy, we offer the following payment methods:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • Vipps
  • Klarna

Credit Card Payments

When paying with VISA or Mastercard, you must provide:

  • Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CVC code (three digits on the back of the card)

All payments are processed securely through Nets Easy and protected by 3D-Secure, a security standard developed by VISA and Mastercard.
All data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized access.

Payment via Vipps

If you choose Vipps as your payment method, you can complete the payment directly through your Vipps app.
Follow the on-screen instructions to confirm the payment.

Payment via Klarna

When using Klarna, you can choose to:

  • Pay now
  • Pay later
  • Split the payment (if Klarna offers this option for your account)

Credit Checks and Data Protection for Invoice Payments

  • A credit check may be conducted when paying on credit.
  • If a credit check is performed, you will receive a notification of this.

  • Your data may also be shared with subcontractors or authorities as required by law.
